DPI 610 - 615 - Portable Pressure Calibrators

A highly accurate and easy to use calibrator is only part of the solution for improving overall data quality and working efficiency. The DPI 610 and DPI 615, with data storage and RS232 interface, reduce calibration times and eliminate data recording errors. The DPI 615 also provides error analysis for field reporting of calibration errors and pass/fail status. In addition, procedures downloaded from a PC automatically configure the DPI 615 to pre-defined calibration and test routines.

DPI 610 - 615 LP Series - Portable Low Pressure

The Druck DPI 610/615 LP series incorporates a precision low pressure sensor and pneumatic generation, to provide a fully self contained, portable low pressure calibrator.
The key o the simple operation of the DPI 610/615 LP is the task menu Specific operating modes such as P-I task sets the calibrator to source pressure and measure mA, and the P-Display task allows indicator readings to be manually entered and recorded, for example, when checking devices such as Magnehelic gauges.

DPI 620 - Advanced Modular Calibrator (AMC)

The DPI 620 electrical calibrator can measure and source mA, mV, V, Ohms, frequency and a variety of RTDs and T/Cs. It provides an isolated 24V loop power supply to energise devices and control loops. A stabilized dc voltage supply is available for ratio metric transducers. A HART digital communicator is provided for setup and calibration of HART devices.

Convenience - The DPI620 replaces several instruments with one easy to use calibrator. No cumbersome hoses, three hands to carry the calibrator, communicator, pump etc.
Cost - The DPI 620 is a calibrator AND a communicator.

DPI 880 - Multi Function

The DPI 880 Multi-function Calibrator is an ultra compact and simple to use tool for testing, configuring and calibrating virtually all process parameters.
It measures, sources and simulates mA, mV, V, RTDs, thermocouples, ohms, frequency, pulses and pressure, captures switch values and provides 24 V loop power.

Simultaneous dual readings
Reads both input and output parameters simplifying calibrations and system diagnostics. Calibratoin values are captured on one screen and adjustments are seen in real time, for example, when making zero and span adjustments.
